How to lose weight at home
We all know that green tea is very effective in losing weight. If we look though the science view it is the  combination of valuable supplements in the healthy green tea will speed up your metabolism and reduce blood sugar. Green tea contains enough amino acids that boost metabolism. It is mild diuretic which affects the amount of blood sugar, lowers the cholesterol levels, is used for infections, and regular consumption is associated with reduction in the development of cancer.
Most of the people says that it tastes bad !
But i've answer for this, If you do not like its taste you can drink it with lemon or mix it with other essential oils in order to sweeten the bitter taste slightly.
 What You Will Need To Make This Tea
a)  4 cups water
b)  1 small piece fresh ginger
c)  2 tablespoons honey
d)  1 lemon – chopped
e)  4 bags of green tea
How To Make :
Place the water in a deep pot and leave to boil, add the ginger, reduce the fire and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the fire and add the tea bags, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the bags and cool down the tea. Add honey and lemon. If you want, put some ice cubes. A super mixture of components which along with the green tea will make a refreshing  drink that will help you to reduce some weight at the same time.
